Haim has over 20 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and consulting for Israeli and global companies. Prior to co-founding Strategos, he owned an executive financial management firm with clients in the tech industry, entertainment industry, and regulated credit companies. He also served as CFO of a fast-growing startup and held senior finance positions in leading holding and telecommunications companies traded on NASDAQ. Over his two decades of experience, he has led financial strategies and implemented operational and reporting processes for companies at various stages — from startups to large public corporations. Haim holds a BA in Business and Accounting and an MBA from The College of Management, Israel. He is a certified CPA (Israel).

Yossi has over 20 years of executive and advisory experience in the healthcare, med-tech, and technology sectors. Prior to co-founding Strategos, he served as Group CFO and General Manager of SHL Telemedicine's Israeli operations, overseeing international activities across Europe and the U.S. He has led strategic growth initiatives, turnaround plans, and international go-to-market strategies for both startups and established companies. Yossi serves as a board member, CEO, or strategic advisor in various ventures focused on digital health, AI, remote care, and medical technologies. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, combining strategic vision with deep financial and operational execution. Yossi holds a BA in Business and Accounting and an MBA from The College of Management Israel. He is a certified CPA (Israel).
